Payment for Services
Therapy services are billed as self-pay or through insurance, depending on the clinician. Sara Calhoun is the only therapist who currently accepts insurance.
All assessment services are billed as self-pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and HSA/FSA.
Out-of-Network Claims
While we do not file insurance claims, clients can request a detailed bill (superbill) to submit an out-of-network claim to their insurance provider.
Reduced Rates for Services Provided by Externs/Interns
Dr. Calhoun and other Licensed Psychologists supervise advanced graduate students from local doctoral training programs for clinical and school psychology. Services provided by supervised externs/interns are offered at significantly reduced rates.
Need to spread out your payments?
Our clinicians will work with you to create a short-term (1-2 month) payment plan if this is needed. Clients interested in spreading out payments over a more extended period of time may consider opening a 0% or other low interest rate credit card.
