Anne is a school psychology doctoral student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a Master’s degree in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and was formerly an educator in the New Orleans public school system.

Anne is passionate about working with youth and families to help each individual strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and develop a positive self-image. Anne has experience and training in a wide range of evidence-based practices and draws on different therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each child, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy. She provides a safe and supportive environment to help youth navigate and process the challenges of childhood and adolescence.

Beyond her clinical work, Anne is an advocate for mental health promotion in the public school system and the community. She was born, raised, and educated in public schools in North Carolina, and is passionate about making high-quality, equitable education and mental health care accessible for all.
