I provide secure telehealth therapy for women throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Online therapy allows you to receive the same compassionate, evidence-based care from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, or another location where you feel at ease.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many women seek support during periods of increased stress, major life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply because they want to better understand themselves and improve their emotional well-being. Therapy provides a supportive space to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with women navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, motherhood, and the many emotional challenges that can arise throughout adulthood. If you’re unsure whether your concerns are a good fit, I encourage you to reach out—I’m happy to help determine whether my services are right for you.
Yes. I am in-network with several major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar Health. If you have questions about your specific plan or out-of-network benefits, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Most therapy sessions are approximately 50–55 minutes. The frequency of sessions varies depending on your needs, goals, and preferences, but many clients begin by meeting weekly before transitioning to less frequent appointments over time.
Getting started is simple. Complete our contact form, and we’ll reach out to answer your questions, verify insurance if applicable, and help you schedule your first appointment. If you’d like to learn more about my background and approach before reaching out, you can also visit Sara’s profile page.
